How we work with you
Your journey starts with a simple conversation. This is your opportunity to tell us about your project, and for us to ask detailed questions so we can fully understand what you want to achieve. From here, we’ll book your free one-hour consultation to begin turning your ideas into reality.
Ollie, our company founder, will meet you onsite for a one-hour consultation to discuss your plans, budget, timeframe, design ideas and council requirements. With over 18 years’ experience in architectural builds and major renovations, Ollie will help you identify the best way to achieve your dream home.
If you already have plans, we’ll review them and begin preparing costings. If not, we’ll connect you with one of our trusted architects to transform your ideas into a concept ready for council approval.
Once your plans are approved, we’ll prepare either a fixed price quote or a comprehensive estimated cost breakdown, depending on the complexity of your project. Every detail is covered using our 287-point pricing checklist, and we engage a qualified quantity surveyor to confirm accuracy.
After you’ve approved your budget, we’ll finalise the paperwork and prepare for construction. You’ll receive your Master Builders 10-Year Guarantee, a detailed Schedule of Works, and a unique login for our online project management platform so you can follow progress in real time.
Throughout construction, you’ll have weekly site meetings, regular budget reviews and full access to your project’s online dashboard — giving you 24-hour visibility of schedules, updates and progress photos.
Once construction and the final council inspection are complete, we carry out our 101-point no-fail quality checklist. When everything meets our high standards, we’ll walk through the finished home with you. You’ll receive all certifications, warranties and guarantees, plus a professional top-to-bottom clean from our trusted local cleaning team — ready for you to move in.
