Home Extension

Ponsonby Renovation
Ollie and his team from ONCE construction, did an interior renovation of our old brick villa in Ponsonby. The renovation included a new kitchen, laundry, bathroom and rearrangement of some internal walls. The works were done in 3 parts of 6-12 weeks over an 18 month period. At each stage Ollie and the team provided a clear timeline of works and when unforeseen issues arose - as seems to be the case for old villa renovations - they were quick to suggest solutions.
The quality of the works and attention to detail were excellent, I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again or recommend them to others.
